• All patients can contact the Medicare After Hours GP Helpline on 1800 022 222 during our out-of-hours. You will talk directly with Medicare’s Registered Nurse, who will triage your call. If necessary, the Medicare nurse will transfer your call to their GP on the telephone, who will talk with you, assess your condition, make a diagnosis and/or provide medical advice.

Yes, we do. Please note that this is not a routine arrangement for new patients. Home doctor visits are only available with the usual doctor you visited earlier.

Your medical record is a confidential document and it is the policy of our practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that the information is only available to authorised staff members.
A copy of our privacy policy is given to patients at their initial consult at the practice and anytime upon request. A copy of the privacy policy is displayed on the notice board.
